Asparagus in Mushroom and Sesame Seed Sauce
You need:
3/4 lb asparagus spears
1 tablespoon margerine
1 tablespoon sesame seed
1 cup sliced, fresh mushrooms
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

chop the woody bases off the asparagus and cut into small pieces.
cook, covered in a little bit of boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes. drain
and remove them from the pan.
melt the margerine and add the sesame seeds. cook and stir until
toasted. add the mushrooms and cook them until they're tender.add the
lemon juice and the cooked asparagus and toss until it's all mixed up.
heat it a bit more and grub!
